Order Processing

All Islasereia pieces are handcrafted individually in-studio. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • European Union

  • Australia

If your country is not listed, please contact us at customercare@islasereia.com before placing an order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • European Union: 7–14 business days

  • Australia: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU & International Orders)

For international orders, including shipments to the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

Islasereia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Islasereia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at customercare@islasereia.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Islasereia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
